Comfortable hotel with stylish and reasonably large rooms
Exceptionally nice and extremely polite staff. Good restaurant with many English TV channels. Nice view from the room. Great location in the center of Piura, walking distance to Plaza de Armas

Breakfasts are classic!!
The personnel is accommodating. The building is nice and the rooms are stylish with amazingly comfortable beds, fab shower, a blinded window. It offers friendly service.

I had a very good stay in Piura. The hotel was a superb base for exploring the area. It had a central location near Piura and northern Peru. The room was stylish and spacious with a balcony view. The modern bathroom was fantastic.

We truly enjoyed classic and awesome breakfasts!
It was a perfect and gorgeous hotel in a good area, so close to the Square on the way back, Piura and right on the main plaza and chatted with Alexander the Bartender. The a double room that we stayed in was top-class and new-fashioned.

For the price we paid, we got incredible value. The room was comfortable and the hotel's location was perfect, right by the beautiful Plaza de Armes. The staff were absolutely fantastic, going above and beyond to help us with a car problem and providing outstanding service throughout our stay.
The breakfast offerings could use some improvement.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view. The breakfast was excellent, and the location was perfect, right in the center of Plaza de Armas. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the Marqués Bar had a nice atmosphere with delicious drinks prepared by Alexander.
For us, it was ideal.

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The rooms are modern and very clean, and I particularly loved the fab shower. Additionally, the breakfast served was delicious and the serving staff were sweet and attentive.

Exceptional experience at Los Portales. The hotel is stunning, with a beautiful courtyard and pool area. The staff, especially Luciana and Ruth, went above and beyond to assist us when our hire car broke down. The cost was amazing value. highly recommend this hotel.
